Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied after your first session with a tutor, contact us within 7 days of that session and we will refund the cost of the first session or match you with a different tutor at no additional charge.

Except as described above, all payments made through iTutor.com are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the applicable service agreement or fee schedule.

Sessions cancelled by the family with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.

For prepaid multi-week packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any sessions already delivered and any applicable processing fees, at iTutor.com's discretion.

Users whose accounts are terminated for violation of the Terms of Service forfeit any right to a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@itutor.com with your booking details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
